• W-2/W-3 form is $20.00 per employee per form, if needed.
• Annual 1099s preparation is $150 plus each form 1099 will be charged separately at $20 and form 1096 at $25, if needed.
• Annual Shareholder Payroll run is $195

The avg cost for preparing a 1065 Tax Form (partnership) starts $640 -$811 and after two partners, each additional K1 is an additional $150
The avg cost for preparing a 1041 Tax Form (fiduciary) starts $547
The avg cost for preparing a 990 Tax Form (tax-exempt organization) starts $717
The avg cost for preparing a 940 Tax Form (Federal unemployment) starts $150
